in maintains a studio in Opelika, Alabama, and in addition to working as a fine artist and workshop instructor, he is an architectural illustrator with an international clientele. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the School of Architecture Auburn University.
Iain’s teaching process employs a repeatable process involving carefully planned out steps for painting any subject. According to Iain, there is no other tool at your disposal, other than your sketchbook, better suited for exploring ideas with abandon and a carefree attitude.
