It is time to renew your membership in the Niagara Frontier Watercolor Society. The dues remain at $35 per year and are due by September 30. You may renew online at www.nfws.org. Click on the Membership tab at the top of the page and select “Renew Your Membership” from the drop-down menu.

You can see Monica’s stunning paintings at the C. Stuart and Jane H. Hunt Gallery in the Brisbane Building, 403 Main St., Suite 10r. The exhibition runs until August 13, 2022.
Monica Angle is a practicing artist based in Buffalo, New York. Angle’s solo exhibitions
include the Burchfield Penney Art Center, SUNY Buffalo State College, Buffalo, NY, and
the Fralin Museum of Art, University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA. Her work has been
featured in public spaces such as City Hall Minneapolis, MN and the Massachusetts
State House, Boston, MA. Angle’s work is part of collections, public and private, includ-
ing the Burchfield Penney Art Center, Buffalo, NY.
Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Angle graduated from Harvard College and did he
graduate work in printmaking and bookmaking at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. In addition to her studio practice, Angle has experience as a teaching artist, including a residency with the Just Buffalo Literary Center in the Buffalo Public Schools.
Formerly a member of NFWS, Monica served on the Board of Directors.
She currently serves as a council member for the New York State Council on the Arts.

The Exhibition will be on view from October 2 – November 13, 2022, Kenan Center House Gallery, 433 Locust Street, Lockport, NY. It will also be VIRTUAL, and will be posted on our website!
