Here are some photos of the award winners receiving their awards at our Fall 2026 Members Watercolor Exhibition!

It is a stunning show of our talent. Don Siuta did a terrific job, as usual, curating and hanging the show, and our vice president Martha Rogala and Exhibition Committee Member Barbara Billittier were stellar handing our the awards.

In order: Don, Barbara and Martha, Barbara and Martha with David Gardner, B and M with Larry Nagode, B & M with Deb Meier. Martha receiving her award from Barbara (and Martha), Sandy Bemisderfer receiving her husband Bob Bemisderfer’s award, B & M with Anitha Balachandran, B & M with Cathy O’Neill, B & M with Paula Borkowski. Brenda Cretney and Andrea Holden were not able to attend in person.

We saw lots of members and friends at the Fall 2026 Reception and Award Ceremony on Saturday, October 24 from 12 – 1:30!

What a well-attended celebration! Congratulations one and all. Don Siuta and his helpers have hung a stunning exhibition at the WNY Artists Group Gallery. Our Juror Laurie Goldstein Martin chose an awesome selection of our paintings for the exhibition.

Submission Period online for the Fall 2024 Members Watercolor Exhibition opens July 6, and extends until August 12, 2024! Here’s your prospectus.

FALL SHOW 2024 Prospectus

The Call for Work Fall 2024 will be posted on our website on July 6, 2024. We will notify you and provide a link here, on Facebook, and will send an email link to all NFWS Members. 

SAVE THE DATE! NFWS Spring 2024 Workshop with Richard Stephens will be May 13 – 17, 2024.

The Workshop “Lighten Up, Loosen Up” will be held May 13 – 17, 2023 at the Castiglia Center on the Historic Roycroft Campus. Registration Forms will be available here on our website on Monday, February 19th, and will be emailed to all NFWS Members on that date.
